The Beginning of Your Journey!

A certain male had fallen asleep on the airship, wearing a hat and simply looking at peace. A small rumble was made, followed by a yawn as he awoke, blinking and realizing that he had indeed arrived at Beacon Academy. Quickly he turned his head around, noticing barely anyone around, suspecting that some form of time had passed since the ship had docked. He got up out of his seat gently, before getting up to take a hold of his luggage and leading out. As he stepped onto the campus, he had to take a moment to view the academy he had entered, smiling to himself.

"Now where do I go?" He spoke to himself silently, moving at a slow pace, being like the rest of the students looking for some form of answers now that they were here. His stomach began to growl, not having eaten and decided to go find the cafeteria, waling through the halls before finding the lunchroom. He got on line, luggage behind with one hand and just overhearing the conversation of those in front of him.

Novus chuckles, having been at the back of the line, speaking to an old sports teammate from Signal.
"It's not polite to eavesdrop you know?" he asks, turning his head over his shoulder, looking at the person that had just gotten in line behind him, his expression bland and bored looking, yet his tone slightly joking. Sixteen years of being a younger brother had given him an impeccable sense of when he was being listened to and watched.

Nix gives an impressed nod. "Huh. Interesting." He says. He hears a small commotion near the back of the line, but only so much as glances over his shoulder to observe, before paying attention to Leon again. "How'd you end up with it? Accident as a kid?" He inquires.

"Don't remember...as far as I know, I've always had it..." he says, not caring to dwell on the subject for very long. Whenever he had asked about it, whoever he asked, had always turned their heads away and pretended to not hear him, even his teacher.

He wasn't trying to do it on purpose, but had impressive hearing to accomplish such a feat of listening in without knowing. When called out on it, he chuckled, rubbing the back of his neck. "seems like I have forgotten about such a rule. I'll try not to make it obvious next time." He returned the joking manner back at the speaker, waiting to get something serve to ease his hunger.

Turning forward, Novus pushed his hands in his pocket, his friend leaning out.
"Heh, you're not obvious, Novus is just a sneaky bastard!" he says, slapping the black haired boy on the shoulder.
"Don't give 'im wrong ideas...." Novus says, turning around, stepping backwards as the line moves up. "Novus Gibbous, and you are?"

The man watched how this teenager joked around, speaking in a joking tone about how sneaky his friend was before said friend began to speak up. He introduced himself and to ignore him would be just plain rude. "I'm Bruno. I feel that name would be more easy to remember than my full name."

"Bruno..." he says, committing it to memory, and nodding, before turning back around.

"Huh. That's... Strange, for sure." Nix says again, moving in line to grab his food, having a gracious helping on his tray. "Gotta admit, the grub here looks better than Sanctum!" He says with a quick snicker.

"Is it?" Leon asks, picking up an apple, and nothing else.

"Well, yeah. This place better than Signal?" Nix asks, finding an empty table to sit at, motioning for Leon to take a seat, as well.

Bruno didn't think much of it when Novus decided to remember his name and he shrugged, waiting to get a bite to eat. "I'm guessing all of you are freshman or recently enrolled right?" He asked, deciding to strike up a conversation and gain some insight,

Novus nods without turning around, his friend doing so as well.

Leon sits across from Nix, shrugging.
"I'm trying to keep judgements for later."

Wayne sits in the front corner of the announcement hall with Octavia, waiting on Ozpin's speech. It didn't seem to be slated for anytime soon, but he had nowhere else to be, so might as well wait.

Dusk just hid in the shadows of the trees after getting off, and since the majority of the people were heading to what seemed to be a building with a stage in the middle, he followed the crowd, just always was in the shadows, watching, from afar.

Nix chuckles, giving a grin and nodding his head. "Alright, I getcha." He chuckles, before digging into his steak rather quickly. He then looks back at Leon. "That all you're gon' eat?" He asks, a bit of food still stuck in his mouth.

"How is Rei doing? I remember hearing something about her moving in with you and going to...Was it Signal, or Sanctum?" Octavia then asks, turning her head to look at Wayne.

Dusk walked over to the building that everyone was entering, and went to a nearby tree and laid under it. "Might as well take a nap, I don't anything else to do." He said aloud, again to nobody. He pulled down his hood and proceeded to sleep, making soft purring noises, almost impossible to hear, unless you were another faunas or had super hearing.

In the cafeteria, Lí idly notes a few students he doesn't recognize. He watches them for a few moments as he quickly eats his breakfast, but makes no move to call their attention to him. He nears the end of his small meal of oatmeal, and checks the time once more. Ten minutes remain until the second airship arrives, so he hurriedly finishes his food, disposes of his eatery, and leaves, making his way to the currently compiled luggage, where the carts are.

Leon nods, before taking a bite out of the apple, looking around idly.

Wayne nods to show interest.
"Signal...she want's to be just like Novus..." he says, pushing his glasses up, yawning as he looks about, tired from the forced air-trip, when he could have easily walked.

zzzzzzzzzzzzzz, purr, zzzzzzzzzz, purr, zzzzzzzz

Lí collects the luggage carts and heads out towards the area where the airship would be docking, pushing one cart and pulling the other behind him. He notices Sean Mortis there, but makes no effort to gain his attention, instead electing to watch the airship make its final approach. He checks his scroll one last time, noting that the airship is a few minutes early.

Roland stands patiently aboard the airship, listening to the standard final words given to students aboard before term starts as he watches Beacon grow closer during the final approach. A small smile graces his features as he sees his teammate, Sean Mortis, waiting. The doors finally open, and he offers his arm to Okiro once more, still smiling. "To our last year as students," he says warmly, as if proposing a toast.

Sean looks up from his spot he had sat at, leaned back against one of the outer campus' trees. Seeing his teammates standing in the doorway of the latest airship to arrive. He slowly bows his head for a moment, before standing up, staying in Shadows, as he prefered

zzzzzzzzzzzz, purr, zzzzzzzzz, purr, zzzzzzzz, purr

Vera smirks lightly, slightly adjusting her beret to block a bit of sunlight from obscuring her vision as she watches Axis and Talea climb. Her smirk quickly fades, and the fur on her tail stiffens and stands on end when she sees the girl fall. "Oh, non! Axis!" She gasps, rushing towards the girl. Seeing that she was in pain, but otherwise unharmed, brought a sigh of relief to escape her lips. "Dieu merci... I thought you were severely injured. Here." She offers her hand out with a smile, looking over at the sleeping boy. A quick sniff of the air, and the scent of the boy entering her nose confirmed her suspicions. This boy was a Faunas as well. Though, the slight purring he gave off was a bit of a hint as well. "It seems you didn't wake him." She comments quietly.

"A'right, suit yourself." Nix says with a shrug, continuing to eat his meal. "What kinda weapon do ya got, of ya don't mind my asking?"

Octavia gives a small nod, indicating she understood what Wayne said. "Well, she definitely has the energy..." She says with a soft chuckle.

Okiro gives a small nod, but takes a moment to let Roland's words sink in. It was true, this was their last year as Beacon students. Should they pass the final initiation, they would realize their dreams at becoming Hunters. She lets her head hang a bit, thinking of all the time and devotion she had put into her studying and training at this school. It was almost a nostalgic feeling, evoking both pride and longing from her.

( ... Q, that's kind of breaking the flow of the RP. Can ya either refrain from just putting that, and at least try to describe something other than jusst Z's and Purr's? C'mon, dude. I'm sure you can think of some filler. )

Leon smirks. Often, his teacher had called his arm a weapon, referring to it and Lance as a pair.
"A sword..." he says, "A plain sword..."

Sean noticed the thoughtful look on Okiro's face, and pulled a tarot card from the folds of his robe, flicking it at her, continuing a tradition he had done to greet his team since the second year.

Wayne nods, sighing and popping his neck, looking to the stage.
"Hope it starts soon..."

"Good to see you again, Sean" Roland greets as he walks out of the airship with Okiro. "I hope you are well?"

Lí waits off to the side for the students to file out of the airship, not wanting to end up getting in anyone's way. He sees Roland Ajax and Okiro Kikinashi step off arm in arm, and a wistful smile crosses his face.

Sean nods, turning his head so that it was ever so slightly in the light

Bruno received his meal, eating a small bagel with some water, not needing juice today. He sat at an empty table, his ears picking up the words going on around him but tuned them out, not needing to know about their business. As he took the first bite, he savored it, surprised to notice how well it tasted. Usually cafeteria's from school's were bad, maybe it was just a personal thing but here at Beacon, it wasn't even a single problem. He simply chewed his food slowly, waiting for some type of announcement or letter to him about what will be going on.

Iden watched as the airship landed near the school and the doors opened. She stepped out of the airship to see just how big the new school truly was. She blinked at the sheer size of it and then found herself frowning, she wondered if she would get lost here. She looked about to see Roland and Okiro not far ahead of her. "A-ah, hey you guys!" she called to the two upperclassmen as she ran towards them, she then noticed that another student was talking to them as well.

"Sword, eh?" He asks with a quirked brow. "What about...?" He asks, looking down at his arm.

Okiro can hear the small whip of the card Sean flicks at her, and looks up, giving a small smile. "Hello, Sean." Is all she says in greeting. She remains silent so Roland and Sean can finish the rest of their "conversation." She didn't notice, however, Alex following Iden, not wanting to be left behind as well. "Well, seems like we were all eager to get off that thing." He says with a slight chuckle.

"I'm sure it will." Octavia replies, turning her head to look at Wayne again. "You look exhausted. Have you not been getting sleep, lately?" She asks.
