Personality: Daniel comes off as a person who keeps to himself and is strongly silent unless spoken to or whenever he chooses to speak. He maintains a calm and cool personality, but he does keep a distance and tries not to grow close with anybody, and his usual non-caring attitude adds on as a flaw to his character. However, he does have a bit of a soft side and can grow to care about those who grow on him. Despite his distance from most people, he won't stray away and is willing to work with others.
Bio: Daniel used to be a bright and hopeful child, eager with happiness. He loved his family, his friends, and his neighbors, and his childhood was a good one. However, life took a turn for the worse when his father's friend turned on him and killed him, along with his family. Unfortunately, Daniel never knew what happened to his family and the crime was taken in as just another murder.
His father's friend took the young boy in and over the years, he had taught him that only the strong survive, corrupting the boy into becoming the opposite of what he once was. Eventually, the friend became a master over the boy and he followed every command, becoming an assassin. Every enemy the man ever made was taken care of by Daniel and over the years he became a cold and ruthless killer One day, Daniel came into his master's study and found a book detailing every kill the man made. Daniel was not disturbed until he discovered the horrible truth about his family. Setting a plan of revenge into action, Daniel took care of the man's contacts, ensuring no one would ever find him before confronting his master and killing him.
There was no satisfaction in vengeance, and Daniel felt completely guilty for taking away lives. For a year, he ventured by himself, and he made a promise to never trust anyone. He used the skills he gained and learned to use, working as a mercenary and defending people from monsters, both the real deal and humans who forsaken their humanity by various vices. His skills caught the attention of Beacon Academy and despite initial refusal, Daniel chose to attend, thinking it would be a new start for him...
Physical Appearance: 6'0 tall, athletic build. He has a few scars from his early years of training, most notably two. One on his right cheek and another that cuts into his right brow. His eyes are grey-blue and he has medium-long hair as well as a slight stubble. His training has given him an athletic build, but he is not very muscular, appearing to look slim. However, his training came with some physical disadvantages as well, easily revealed if one were to see the small scars on his back, shoulders, and arms as well.
Clothing/Armor: Wears a black hooded coat along with a dark grey protective vest and a navy blue sweater underneath, along with some black fingerless gloves. He wears a pair of worn dark wash jeans with small rips around the knees and black combat boots. He also wears a slate grey scarf which also works as a mask to cover the lower half of his face. For armor, he wears some silver pauldrons on his shoulders, his gloves have metal plates which covers the back of his hands and his knuckles, and finally, his boots are steel-toed and have some metal attached to cover the heel and ankle. Daniel also wears a belt that carries 15-round magazines for his guns.
Semblance: Daniel's semblance is enhanced reflexes. His training has taught him to be quick and to be ready, and therefore, is able to react quickly, gaining an advantage when it comes to dodging, countering, or even preventing an attack.
Powers/Abilities/Weapons: Having the skills of an assassin, Daniel is trained to be swift and deadly, relying on two short straight katanas named Cheondra and Neoma. The swords have been modified to use Dust, and Daniel prefers to use both Fire and Lightning. As for firearms, the sheaths of the blades have been altered to have handgun handles and built-in suppressors. Daniel is still working on using his Aura, but he can heal small wounds, defend against heavy attacks, and channel his Aura to give himself enhanced speed.
